My license? All that you need is an Agent/ Salespersons license. An individual broker's license is not required.
Help? Yes. We recognize that many people have not run businesses of their own. So, not only do we coach you in your brokerage, we provide basic business assistance to get you up and running. We have templates for Office Manuals and Business Plans, guides to equipment purchasing and a Quick Start Guide to get you up and going as soon as possible.
Time? It takes about 15-20 days to receive an entity Brokers license.
When will my broker find out I'm leaving? Not until you are ready. Most of our clients wait until their new broker's license is returned before "moving" their individual salesperson license to the new company.
Experience? Our clients range in experience from 2 years to 25 years. It boils down to the personality of the individual and their desire to be their own boss.
Office, Phones and Memberships? You are to provide your own office (or home office) as well as licenses, memberships, dues, phones, supplies, advertising, etc.
Insurance? We can assist you in obtaining your own Errors and Omissions Insurance policy. Most of our clients' policies cost between $600 and $800 per year.
Location? We can license your Brokerage anywhere in Texas. Most of our clients began operation of their brokerages from their home offices.
Board Membership? We are members of several Boards of Realtors in Texas including MetroTex (Dallas Fort Worth), HAR (Houston), SABOR (San Antonio), Austin (ABOR), GTAR (Tyler).

Our principal has been practicing law since 1988 and is licensed to practice before the state courts in Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky as well as the Federal Courts in the Northern District of Texas and the Western District of Louisiana.
